Hi, I’m Kahu, owner and founder of Costar Florals.

Costar Florals brings the beauty of a working flower farm and seasoned florist to your wedding day. Our shop is based in Te Kūiti, and I grow or source from local growers many of the blooms I use, so your florals are seasonal, distinctive, and full of life — not just another order from a catalogue.

I work with each couple to bring their vision to life, from bouquets and buttonholes through to full ceremony and reception styling. My goal is always the same: jaw-dropping florals that feel true to you and your day.

A little about the floral process: as your floral guide, I’m easy to work with and always vision-focused. You don’t need to know exactly what you want, and you don’t need to fuss over the florals — that’s my job. Your job is to dream big and tell me how you want your day to feel, and together we’ll create that feeling.
